I spent a whole lot of time going back and forth to the airport this weekend. I tell you if I had any spare cash and my passport at the time, I would have gone somewhere more exciting than here...

I went to see the movie Bend it like Beckham on Saturday night. I really enjoyed it! Not only was it a British film (which by the way are much better than the standard Hollywood fare because they use real people and not just beautiful people) but it really was a delightful story. I didn't think that I would ever admit it but I do really love touching love stories (in this case, she loved soccer AND her coach). You should definitely check it out.

As well the soundtrack is great as well. Except perhaps for the obligatory track from Posh and her buddy Mel C. I listened to it all weekend. Love those tracks by Texas and Basement Jaxx. As well the Indian tunes were brilliant as well. (Something else I can't get enough of...)
